Living spaces range from large apartment complexes along U.S. Highway 285 to suburban homes with large yards between Highway 285 and Bear Valley Park This is a community with homes somewhat larger than in neighborhoods closer to Downtown Denver. A smaller home in Bear Valley is typically about 1,500 finished square feet. Larger homes often have over 3,000-finished square feet.
